About DR. SWAN
Dr. Takosha Misheal Swan is a Georgia leader with a lifelong record of service. She served our nation in Iraq as a United States Army soldier and continued her commitment through the Georgia Army National Guard. For the past seven years, she has served as a Georgia Public Officer representing nearly 700,000 veterans and their families and as an Executive Board Member of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service.
Dr. Swan’s campaign is about building legacies for Georgians.
She supports eliminating property taxes for seniors to protect family land, expanding trade and skill programs in schools to build future family businesses, and providing tax relief on everyday necessities like gas and groceries. As the people’s candidate, she will create Citizen Councils so Georgians have a direct voice in shaping legislation, in the Capitol and at the voting polls.
Georgia is entering a new chapter in leadership. Dr. Swan’s campaign is powered by everyday Georgians who believe in secure elections, safe communities, and fiscal responsibility.
